As the first independent directors to join the company, their appointments mark a deliberate step in NorthGuide's evolution, adding key strategic expertise to guide the company's next phase of growth. They will serve alongside NorthGuide's existing board members James Meddings, Iain Klugman, Avvey Peters, and Sarah Mostowich.

Hillary Hartley is a 25-year veteran of digital transformation in government.
